U.S.-based Stoelting Foodservice, a manufacturer of frozen dessert equipment, adds to its flow frozen custard range, making equipment available with two, three or four dipping wells.
New dipping cabinets, from U.S.-based Stoelting Foodservice – a division of the Vollrath Company – keeps frozen custard at a consistent temperature with propane (R290) refrigerant and a new digital temperature control.
The flow frozen custard equipment is also available with two, three or four dipping wells.
The dipping wells can hold 4.25-gallon (16 liter) square buckets that are removable for flavor changes and cleaning.
It also has new and improved heavy-duty casters that allow for easier portability and greater stability.
Stoelting’s continuous flow frozen custard equipment is available in either air-cooled or water-cooled varieties as well.
The equipment can produce gourmet frozen custard, sorbets, Italian ices and other frozen desserts.
