Looking at regional activities in Europe, captured in a recent report “Guide+: HFC taxes & fiscal incentives for natural refrigerants in Europe”, Maratou showed that at least 13 countries have considered or adopted taxes on fluorinated gases or fiscal incentives for natural refrigerants.
