Episode 29 covers MOP 29 in Canada, an in-progress study on the environmental effect of HFOs, Advansor's first transcritical COinstallation in Australia and the U.S. EPA's proposed hydrocarbon charge limit increase.

Brought to you by shecco Media, the NatRefs Show provides a round-up of the most important natural refrigerants news from the websites r744.com, ammonia21.com and hydrocarbons21.com.

This week’s podcast begins with an overview of the 29th Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol (MOP 29), which took place recently in Montreal, Canada and where implementation of the Kigali Amendment was discussed.

We also examine an in-progress report announced by Switzerland and Norway at MOP 29 on potential trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) emissions that result from HFO use.

From the Asia-Pacific bureau we take a look at Advansor’s first every transcritical CO2 rack installation in Australia.

In the U.S., we examine the Environmental Protection Agency’s proposed increase to the hydrocarbon charge limit in domestic refrigerators.

We’d love to hear your feedback as we improve the show over the coming months. Contact us at journalists@shecco.com. Happy listening!
