Call for light commercial refrigeration data

By Janaina Topley Lira, Jul 30, 2012, 16:15 2 minute reading

As part of the latest GUIDE 2012, "Natural Refrigerants – North America’s Market Potential", shecco is inviting all companies involved in the light commercial refrigeration sector using hydrocarbon technology in Canada, Mexico and the USA to submit data on numbers of installations. Send shecco your latest figures and showcase your natural refrigerant expertise in a unique, freely available publication.

With a growing number of leading end-users committing to an HFC-free future and now that the EPA approved the use of R-290 (propane), R-600a (isobutane), and an HC-blend known as R-441A for charge sizes up to 150 grams for commercial units in the USA, the doors have been opened for natural refrigerants in a sector where chemically produced f-gas refrigerants had previously dominated. To capture a snapshot of this rapidly evolving market, shecco will present an overview of the total number of hydrocarbon installations in the light commercial refrigeration sector in the GUIDE 2012, "Natural Refrigerants – North America’s Market Potential.”
