ATMOsphere America Rescheduled to Take Place Online November 3, In-Person in June 2022

The free online event will feature a full-day program on natural refrigerants.

The 10th edition of the ATMOsphere America conference on natural refrigerants, originally planned as a hybrid in-person/online event on October 13-14, 2021, has been rescheduled to take place in two parts: online on November 3, 2021, and in-person in June 2022 in Washington, D.C.

shecco, organizer of ATMOsphere America (and publisher of this website), announced the change yesterday, attributing it to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic as well as potential travel restrictions.

The online event, dubbed the ATMOsphere America Summit, will be free to attend. It will feature a full-day program, including a keynote presentation; market and technology trends; policy and standards updates, includingthe U.S. HFC phase down at the federal and state levels; the Impact of HFO refrigerants on health, safety and the environment; and end-user experiences with natural refrigerants. Speakers will be announced in the coming weeks.

The in-person event in June 2022 in Washington, D.C. will feature a complete, two-day program, including technology case studies, and special networking events. The deadline for case study submissions for the in-person event has been extended to February 1, 2022.
