hydrocarbons21.com will be reporting live from the China Refrigeration 2010 taking place from 7-9 April in Beijing. Last year, we reported that hydrocarbon compressors and refrigerants are steadily making inroads into the Chinese market. Time to check the progress at this year’s event.

This year, the theme of Asia’s largest trade show for the HVAC&R industry is “Stay on the Cutting Edge of the Industry, Make Contribution to Low-carbon Emission". Choosing this topic, the organisers aim to demonstrate the exhibition's determination in promoting the healthy and sustainable development of HVAC&R industry.

Already last year several companies showcased mainly hydrocarbon compressors and refrigerants, including Danfoss, Embraco, Bock, Qianjiang or Shandong Jinlaier. In last year’s edition, Danfoss held a technical seminar to present its vision of green solutions for light-commercial hydrocarbon applications. The company confirmed that R290 and R600a could hold the biggest economic and ecological benefits for the Chinese market to replace R22.

This year, besides multiple Asian-based companies focusing on natural refrigerants, hydrocrabons21.com Gold Partners Danfoss and Parker will be exhibiting at the event. You can visit Danfoss at Hall E1, booths F91 and G81. Parker will be visible in Hall W4, booth number F71.

Over the coming days, hydrocarbons21.com will provide an overview of HC solutions on display at China Refrigeration, the current market for R600a, R290 and more, as well as their future market potential.
