ATMOsphere China 2019

Apr 11, 2019 - Apr 12, 2019 - in Shanghai, Republic of China

ATMOsphere China had such a great impact last year that we are proud to announce the upcoming second edition of the event!

The second ATMOsphere China conference will take place in Shanghai on 11-12 April 2019, corresponding with China Refrigeration (9-11 April).
To create a strong connection between Chinese businesses and the global market for natural refrigerants, ATMOsphere China will be simultaneously translated in English and Chinese.

We are excited to work with Chinese government and leading HVAC&R associations as well as some of the most advanced international and domestic manufacturers of systems and components based on natural refrigerants. ATMOsphere China will serve as the platform to discuss about opportunities for natural refrigerants in China bringing both global and local end users to share their experiences and best practices with natural refrigerants.

Representatives from Chinese Ministries will stir up a discussion together with local associations and regulatory bodies around global policy developments, thus informing and influencing key decision makers. After the Kigali Amendment, a key moment for the HVAC&R sector, China has already started its phase-down strategies and it is moving towards natural refrigerants. In 2018 China started its environmentally-friendly transition by phasing out R22 and chosing hydrocarbons as a refrigerant for air-conditioning. Ammonia and CO2 have started to penetrate the Chinese market as well and this can already be seen in many industrial refrigeration systems.
ATMO China 2019 will focus on light commercial, commercial and industrial refrigeration as well as heat pumps. We welcome the global industry that recognises China to be the key manufacturing hub as well as emerging exporter of natural refrigerant-based technologies to join us on 11-12 April to discuss the future of the industry.
