Euroklimat opens Middle East base

Euroklimat SpA, a leading manufacturer of propane chillers, has opened a Middle East regional office in Dubai. Located in the High Bay Complex in Dubai Silicon Oasis, the office will support the Italian company’s customers and distribution network across the region.

“The opening of this new and important office in the heart of the Middle East is part of a wide plan to strengthen our presence in the territory,” said Euroklimat.

The company reports growing demand for consultancy and assistance from customers and partners in the Middle East.

“Euroklimat strongly believes that its presence in such a dynamic area will allow [it] to better support […] growth and the acquisition of new business opportunities,” the Italian manufacturer said.

Established in 1963, Euroklimat specialises in propane-based air-cooled water chillers. In 2015 the company committed to investing 5% of its annual turnover in natural refrigerant-based R&D.  

“Our mission for the future is to become a market leader in the construction of R290 chillers,” said Euroklimat CEO Michele Bedin upon unveiling the company’s portfolio of natural refrigerant-based technologies for 2017.

Euroklimat makes cooling units that maintain distribution products at a controlled temperature, for example in cold storage facilities or supermarkets. It covers medium (-8 degrees Celsius) and low (-25 degrees Celsius) temperature applications.

In addition to air-cooled water chillers, it manufactures air conditioners and heat pumps for comfort as well as process applications.

Euroklimat operates manufacturing plants in Italy and China.
