The freshly launched “GUIDE+ Directory of Natural Refrigerants Businesses in China 2015” profiles 201 natural refrigerant businesses headquartered in China, giving an in-depth exploration of the companies that make up the Chinese natural refrigerant market. It is the newest in market accelerator shecco’s series of business intelligence publications supporting a more profitable uptake of natural refrigerant technology in the HVAC&R sector.

shecco has released “GUIDE+ Directory of Natural Refrigerant Businesses in China 2015”, a listing of 201 companies in China using natural refrigerants in their businesses. The Directory provides vital information to give easy access to parties interested in expanding their business in China or in partnership with the Chinese HVAC&R industry. The listing provides the following information:

  • Company name in English and Chinese
  • Company type
  • Areas of activity
  • Natural refrigerant use
  • Company contact details

The GUIDE+ Directory is now available for purchase from shecco’s publication page.

Guangdong, Shandong, Shanghai and Beijing - home to most natural refrigerant businesses

As well as the profiling of natural refrigerant companies headquartered in China, the GUIDE+ Directory China presents a Business Heat Map indicating in an aggregated manner which provinces are most proficient for companies providing natural refrigerant-based solutions. It also includes complementary analysis detailing the type of companies that populate these provinces, including the type of organisation and which refrigerants they typically use.

In this analysis, it can be seen that it is mostly coastal provinces that have a high concentration of natural refrigerant businesses, with over 75% of such companies being based in these provinces. On the contrary, northern and western provinces lack a clear base for natural refrigerant businesses. This can be seen by the fact that most companies are based in the provinces of Guangdong, Shandong, Shanghai as well as Beijing. While Beijing hosts mostly engineering and contracting businesses, Guangdong and Shandong are both home to a large percentage of Chinese system manufacturers. Shanghai is unquestionably the hub for international companies promoting natural refrigerants.
