Next month, at the Mostra Convegno Expocomfort (MCE), industry experts from heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration will meet to showcase the most technologically innovative products while MCE’s Next Energy conferences will highlight the importance of civil and industrial engineering with a binding approach to energy and environmental sustainability. hydrocarbons21.com will be on site to report live.

From 23-27 March 2010 the HVAC world will meet at Mostra Convegno Expocomfort (MCE) to showcase and discuss latest developments in energy-efficient engineering. The international biennial exhibition in Milan, Italy, is this year dedicated to “Emotional Technology” in civil and industrial plant engineering.

NEXT ENERGY showcases best-in-class products

The NEXT ENERGY event focuses on energy efficiency and energy savings issues and will lead exhibitors and visitors through the exhibition. In a lead-up to the 2010 event, the first appointment took place on 16 June 2009, with a key conference on “Energy efficiency for buildings and plants” at the Polytechnic University of Milan. The connecting thread running through MCE 2010 will be focused on the themes of energy efficiency and energy conservation in any exhibition area. Two important events will be dedicated to these issues:“Energy Efficiency and Innovation Itinerary” developed to showcase the most technologically innovative products, intended to improve performance with online activities – it started last autumn – and targeted promotional tools during the exhibition; and “Verso la Classe A 2010”, an event dedicated to the most innovative plant engineering technology solutions for improving energy efficiency with a successful integration between building and installation technologies. For the first time two events together are offering professional visitors a complete overview of the state of the art concerning plant engineering and stimulating competition among exhibitors to showcase best-in-class products.

Next Energy Conferences 2010

Main topics under the central theme “Social Housing Zero Emission” will include:
  • Environmental policies at European, national, regional, and provincial levels
  • Successful international experiences of sustainable Social Housing
  • Current international certification standards in force and for the future, highlighting potentialities and criticalities
  • Efficient and potential technologies for Social Housing Zero Emission
